I just moved into a climate-controlled unit at Extra Space Storage in Hamburg as part of a cross-state move, and Carlo made the whole process so much easier. The facility is brand new, clean, well-lit, and easy to get around. Carlo was friendly, helpful, and took the time to walk me through everything without making it feel complicated. Very easy to use, good price, Carlo was pleasant and happy to help me get setup! Edit: updating review because after 3 months the monthly fee went up $80. Was $140 and got a letter in the mail saying $220 next bill
