Walked in, I was warmly greeted by Angela. She was friedly and patient with us and helped us switch storage rooms. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. This was the best customer service I've received in such a long time. This was a very pleasant visit.

Angela is a very good access to this company. She is very helpful. She helped me with a problem that happened a couple months ago if you look for a unit definitely go to the one on Kenmore Avenue and ask Angela. She is the best.
