I noticed that my door latch wouldn’t line up because of an error when things got built since it’s a very recently built facility. The employee there, John, earned all the stars by taking things into his own hands and cutting a new hole so I could latch and lock my door. Problem solved in ten minutes or less. Absolutely recommend this place. Also someone give this man a raise.

From start to finish, this was a seamless and pleasant experience. The fellow who helped me at the office (Walter) was professional and pleasant, smart, and well humored, and very accommodating. The storage space areas are very clean…dirty would have been an immediate dealbreaker for me. I’d highly recommend this facility.
