People were nice places clean but they give you a little price and then Jack it up he said they didn't do that but like the others but they do otherwise I would give them five stars

Rented a storage unit. I paid $210.59 and then decided to cancel the next day due to the location convenience. I was told I was getting a full refund however when the refund was processed they took $29 without any explanation after I was told I would receive a full refund. I only received $181.59. Dishonest and quite frankly be careful doing business with them.
