I had the most incredible experience with Rob at the storage facility! I recently needed a secure place to store my nostalgic stash of unopened Butterfinger BBs and WWF Wrestling Ice Cream Bars from the 90s (yes, you read that right), and Rob went above and beyond to make sure they were stored safely and with care. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and even took the time to help me find the perfect unit to ensure everything would stay in mint condition. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. If you're looking for top-notch service and a storage expert who genuinely cares about your unique items, Rob is your guy. Recently i had the pleasure of working with Robbie on a unit. As an “up and coming” artist it was extremely important that my rubber molds be kept in a specific environment. Robbie was super precise in ensuring the molds were kept out of cold temperatures which would cause them to shrink and humid environments which would cause them to become flaccid and difficult to work with. Thanks to his professionalism these molds maintained their shape and were ready to be worked with in a moments notice. Nobody likes to be disappointed in the heat of the moment and Robbie ensured satisfaction!!!

Your storage place on Industrial Drive in Middletown NY and your manager Robbie exceeded my expectations. The office and the units themselves were extremely clean and well kept. Robbie was very kind, nice and knowledgeable. He was able to explain everything thoroughly with ease.
