Extra space just took over storage town which gave me the push I needed to move into a new storage place that is indoor and climate controlled and they pro-rated us so we didn't pay for the full month. The new company taking over is nice, they used my security deposit to pay my month rent and even though we left early November 17th, they stated they don't give back the unused portion of the rent that they took from my deposit. All I can say is I am glad I left. Sorry to be so candid.
