Everyone was very nice and courteous and informative. Storage units are clean. The site was safe and secure. And even though units are not climate controlled at the Montgomery ny site the units are surprisingly effective at keeping items from mildew and other issues you get from basements and outdoors. Very happy with my experience at Extra Space Storage.

The staff was friendly and welcoming on an early rainy Saturday morning. The grounds are well-kept. I didn’t see any residual trash from move-outs or any trash on the ground. Access to your storage from 6am-10pm, does it get any better?
