My husband and I are waiting patiently for a District manager to call us back due to a flood in our unit to no avail. We were NEVER called about the flood went to address a different concern that how we found out about the flood have been there every day since and it quite obvious this has Not Been the only flood in our unit water damage box dry out RAT dropping though out the unit with ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICES. This morning we were ASK to leave because they were painting the floor for a walk through absolutely ridiculous. Still waiting for the District manager to call. We also call the insurance that we have been paying for all these YEARS !!! They direct us to Extra Space storage . The lack of communication professionalism and assistance is disgraceful. We have been Customers for over 30 years and never have been pacified , ignored and disrespected in such a way.
