People take time out to complain, I want to take the time to compliment both Parrish B. and Eddie B. They were knowledgeable, professional, patient and went the extra mile to explain costs and logistics that I didn’t originally understand; both helping me with transactions on different days. Collectively, they delivered top shelf consumer experience with a smile. Parrish was willing to stay longer as closing time approached to ensure my comfort and understanding without making me feel rushed. Eddie was flexible and had a great attitude while showing me new units. I wholeheartedly recommend this storage company. I’ve been a tenant for years and appreciate the good customer service.
