I had an excellent experience with the team at Nanuet Extra Space Storage. The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the rental process. They were extremely flexible with our schedule and went above and beyond to find us the best rate that worked within our means. It was easy to obtain a storage online. Afterwards, you immediately receive a text from the facility confirming your storage. Mr. Ken, the manager of the facility met with me to receive the lock I purchased snd gave my code to enter the premises. The facility is not as new but pretty much works the way it is supposed to be. Most favorably, the manager of the facility is very responsive. Communication is excellent. When you call, not just for new business, but questions or concerns regarding any storage issue/s —you GET immediate attention. Nowadays, new business—- sales, takes a priority and the servicing AFTER securing the sale lags! It is not the case here. I wish their business well.
