I was looking for a storage facility when I was in process of moving out of Queen. I called a few. Extra Space made me feel comfortable after I spoke a rep. When I arrived at 1401 4th ave, Nash was excellent in helping me find the space that I need. Nash even got out her way during her lunch time to assist us. During the move, I could not get my things out the truck, the facility manager Daniel was able to make a special arrangement for me. Overall, the team at this location made my complicated move more easier. A big kudos to Daniel and Nash.

I used extra space storage for a few months and had a great experience with it. I had used another storage company before and what I really like and appreciate about extra space is that their storage access hours are much better, it's open earlier/closed later which made accessing my storage unit much more flexible. Dan the manager was incredibly helpful when I had to move out and close my storage out since I had to do it outside of office hours. He went out of his way to help me out with that on his own. Really appreciate everyone's help!!
