This has been a problem for a week or so. Nasty smelling sewage water is dripping from the ceiling (pictured below) Management is collecting it in a garbage can over the weekend. The can has overflowed with sewage water and is spilling onto the floor, leaking into someone's unit. I called their customer service number. They didn't seem too bothered. I came back 4 hours later and it's now leaking down the elevator shaft onto the first floor. I can't use the elevator because it's raining sewage water right in front of the elevator entrance. I called again and they just said they would let management know. Response: Thank you for the AI reply below. I already called twice on the day it was happening and you guys didn't even send someone to replace the garbage can that was filling with poop smelling sewage water. That would have likely stopped it from raining down the elevator shaft. Completely careless.
