New York self storage at 3330 Broadway

Oh it was very kind courteous understanding and professional. I was very happy with the unit that I was shown and I was very happy with the arrangements that were made. Especially an associated name rober. He was very helpful today when I called. You shut showed me the uttermost courtesy and respect. And was very friendly and pleasant. Click a trip back to my storage unit today and I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly customer service person by the name of Robbie Robert, who just showed me the greatest of kindness and respect and was just very helpful towards a future client..

Updating my previous review because I wanted to be specific about what happened. On Saturday 03.21.26 , I came to access my storage unit before closing time (it wasn’t even 6pm yet, I still had about 15 minutes left) and was told my access code “wouldn’t work.” I explained I only needed to quickly grab one item. At the exact same time, the employee (male working at the time who was closingon Saturday 03.21.26) was already letting another person use the elevator right in front of me. I asked him, “If you’re already taking someone else up, why can’t I ride up to get to my floor?”—and instead of giving a clear or reasonable explanation, he was dismissive and condescending. So I’m being told I can’t go up—even though I’m within access hours and only needed a minute—while he is actively allowing someone else to use the elevator. That inconsistency made absolutely no sense. As a paying customer, I expect policies to be applied consistently and to be treated with basic respect. Being turned away before closing while watching someone else be let up is not acceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Out of any location I highly recommend this one because Eric and Deandra are phenomenal workers that will go extra miles to support, help, address concerns, and find solutions to any hiccups. I encourage the company to please give these guys a bonus or raise due to their efficiency as workers. I am a first time storage user and I'm very satisfied with how easy these employees made my stressful moving feel easy unlike the location at 485 W 129th St, New York, NY 10027 (that’s by the way closer to my current address) were i was treated as a liar and rudely by an employee that left me and my friends at the entrance for 20mins waiting, after telling us over the phone that he come right down to help us. With this i am not asking to fire this person but to retrain this employee so that you don’t lose customers that are willing to pay high prices for a place to store their belongings.

I'm editing my previous review because of the horrible experience I had. I came before 6pm to get literally one thing out of storage and the African American guy who was there on Saturday 03.21.26 closing, who was already going up the elevator to let the last person move in wouldn’t let me in to grab one thing. I said if you are already going up why can't I just go in and grab what I need to grab obviously you can give access if you are letting someone up. Then he tries to look at me like I'm stupid when he clearly didn't understand what I was saying. It was quite simple if you are letting someone else up in the elevator it wouldn't be that hard to let me up as well. He was a condescending jerk.

Omg this place was so caring and exactly what I needed Eric and Diandra(I hope I wrote her name right)were the best they set me up right there on the spot and just were amazing if you store here ask for those to they were a blessing!!!!
