The gates aren’t working, I cannot get it. I’ve tried to call the office to speak with someone no one’s answering. I have to get into Canada but cannot with units on my truck. Poor customer service.

This format doesn't allow me to leave ZERO Star or a Negative Rating. Worst service ever. Sunday 4:30 pm, Gate does not function, no power on the antiquated keypad, but access is supposed to be 6am to 10pm - 7 days a week. The online "live" chat doesn't respond after 4 attempts. Call the 888 number and it only allows to leave a voicemail, but no one returns calls after leaving 3 voicemails. There is no Bluetooth app access like other companies. Did the entire company shut down only 3 days after I rented a unit? Pathetic!

The facility is very clean and easily accessible and the two ladies I encountered working in the office last fall and again about a month ago or very helpful and very personable
