Customer service here is great. My only complaint was my unit increased by approx $40-$50 and that was frustrating.

Linda is very helpful and super accommodating. I’ve moved units 4 times as my storage needs have evolved over the years and every time Linda has made it a quick and easy process. The climate controlled facilities are amongst the best I've seen. Always a pleasure to do business with these folks.

As a first time mom of a college bound child, I had several questions as I was renting sight unseen. Both Ms Linda and Ms Sharon are extremely personable, knowledgeable, accommodating and patient, taking time to answer any questions I had and assuring me that I’d made the right choice to rent from their company. I had the pleasure of doing business with two individuals, Linda at the 2585 Brighton Henrietta Town Lind Rd and Marilyn at the 1039 Ridge Road. I spoke initially with Linda, as she informed me that she did not have any 5X5 units open for rent but went out of her way to connect me with Marilyn. Both of them worked together to provide me with a storage unit for my son that is attending RIT. I am so thankful for their support and efforts to provide me with a storage unit for my son. This certainly helps as I live in New Bern, North Carolina and is around a 12-hr. drive. Their efforts, will allow my son to drive home for the summer and leave behind those things that he will need for the following year. This reduces expenditures for me for hotel stays and allows him to travel back knowing he has everything already there and will only need to take back with him essentials that he will need for the year. Thank you Marilyn and Linda for being so helpful with getting what I needed and doing so without any hassle on my side! Brian True
