Cate was an excellent hostess. She provided much information, which prepared us for your facility. I had never been in a storage site. She showed us several size units, which made it easy to decide on the size that met my needs. Best of all, Cate was able to provide me with a unit close to the drive-through. I was throughly satisfied with my experience. Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have Cate working for it.

These are clean and well-run facilities, but the best part is the staff. They are all friendly and helpful. Having said that, I have to do a shout-out for Cate at the Brighton Townline Rd location. Cate noticed that there was a discount that had just gone into effect and SHE sought ME out so I could take advantage of it! Furthermore, she took care of all the paperwork for me. Thank you, Cate, and all the good people at Extra Space Storage. You really know how to take care of your customers.

First off, Elijah at the front desk was excellent in making sure all of my questions were answered and unit to my liking. Top notch. As for the building: it's climate controlled and you can drive in to unload without worrying about rain or snow? Clean, warm enough, and well lit. Y'all, it works.
