We move up here from Florida. We called and prepaid for 4 months a 10 × 10 unit from the extra space storage and when I got there they said we paid for a 5 × 10 unit and wanted to up charge me another $80 extra / month. Absolutely not. The ladie at the front desk wasn't helpful at all. She acted like she was busy while noone was there and scrolling through her phone. Maybe she was having a bad day. After we wanted to cancel the unit due to the price going up she told us they could reimbursed me only for 3 months and was gonna chage me for 1 month even though I never place anything inside the unit. People like this shouldn't be in the costumer service department. If you can't be professional and don't wanna deal with the public don't look for a costumer service job. Thanks A lot ladie. You made us jump through hoops for no reason. I wish i could rate you and your attitude a 0 stars. Good day.
