They reel customers in by offering you a promotion rate on storage units. Then after 3-5 months they significantly increase your monthly payments. I would not recommend going here unless you plan on moving things in 3 months. I hate to give a business negative reviews, and I tried to reach out to see what my options were. They were unapologetic about the increased rates when I asked if there were any options. The manager Sally was very rude, unempathetic, and told me my only option was to cancel my renters insurance in order to have a cheaper monthly payments. Its seems as if Extra Space Storage is not interested in keeping customers for long term.
