Incredibly deceptive. I had lined up a 10x25 storage unit for $100.00 dollars per month at a different place. They're agent lowered their price down to $120 And since it was closer to our home , we went with EZ. Six months later they they raised our rate to over 200.00 claiming our price was only an introductory offer.
