Making my reservation and payment online was quick and easy. After comparing several storage facilities, I found Extra Space Storage offered reasonable pricing, which was especially important as someone new to Schenectady and currently balancing life as a nursing student. A special shout-out to Sallie at the front desk! She was incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment I arrived, she made the entire process stress-free and welcoming. I expected moving my belongings into storage to be a backbreaking experience, but I was pleasantly surprised by the flatbed carts available for customers. They made loading and unloading my unit so much easier. I am very pleased with my climate-controlled unit and appreciate how clean, secure, and well-maintained the facility is. After I finished moving in, I returned to the office to ask Sallie about the brand-new lock that was in my unit. To my surprise, she told me it was included and mine to keep! Customer service like this is hard to find. I left feeling genuinely impressed and grateful that Extra Space Storage made a stressful move a little easier.
