Was able to lock in a great online price for a unit. Easy autopay process, friendly helpful staff, and clean unit. Great rental experience with no issues. Would rent here again

I had a unit there for about 2 years. Someone crashed into my unit and broke the door, so I had to go there and move a full 20 by 10 locker to another locker because they couldn't get the door fixed in a timely manner. No, compensation was offered for the inconvenience but they did decided I deserved a rate increase- incrementally over the course of my stay. I started renting at about $150, I closed my locker this month because the latest increase pushed my monthly rate over $300/mth! Stay away unless you only plan to be there for a very short period of time. The rate increase schedule can only be defined as abusive! The only credit I will give them is that I didn't see signs of mice or bugs on my belongs.
