The place is nice. but it’s really the people that make it special. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. UPDATE: They pulled a bait-and-switch by increasing my monthly rate by nearly one-third without any warning. When I called to question the increase, I was told it was “like real estate” and that prices go up in value. A significant rate increase without notice is not acceptable business practice. I was initially told they would refund me $50 and lower my monthly rate. I agreed to that arrangement, but neither the refund nor the rate adjustment ever happened. Instead, I was charged the full increased amount again. Later, another employee told me they “never refund anyone,” but offered to lower my rate by $40 instead. At that point, I declined and informed them I would remove my belongings at the end of my billing cycle. They then asked me to move out two weeks before my normal move-out date. I asked if they would prorate the unused time and refund the difference, and they refused. Eventually, they allowed me to stay through the correct end date of my billing cycle. I have since moved out and will not do business with this company again due to the poor communication and lack of professionalism.
