I received a courtesy phone call from Suzanne regarding my payment being late on my unit. Hard times hit us all and she was very understanding of my situation, and worked with me on making my payment before the foreclosure fees/process would start. I was unaware of the exact terms beforehand and she explained them to me completely so I actually understood what needed to be paid and by what date. Suzanne didn't have to do this but she actually cares about the people who have personal belongings here and went above and beyond to make sure I kept my things and understood the terms of my contract. I am so very grateful to work it out with her and also look forward to speaking with her in the future if I do have any more questions! Thankyou Suzanne!!
