Aida is an amazing person. She is conscientious, efficient and thoughtful -- after I shipped my 14 boxes to the unit from out of state, she called to let me know they were safely in my unit. God bless her! I highly recommend the Spencer Street location Life Storage (I tried about 4 others and they couldn't be bothered with my shipping needs) for your storage and shipping needs! A++++

Incredible customer service I experienced at Life Storage! They helped me out quickly to get some freight into a storage unit for a short period. The facility is easily navigated with a box truck. I really appreciate the service from the two locations I dealt with and will use this company again!
