I rented my unit and had an easy time moving in and out. The people who work there were never rude. Always wanted to be helpful and fully understand what I say but they just work there... and can't provide the help I needed directly. It was the unit itself and corporate that I'm rather disappointed in. I was told that my unit was temperature controlled and it obviously was not. I stored some very rare artwork in the unit and after I moved out the paintings stored there are cracked and damaged. This is an indication that at some point in time the temperature was not controlled. It was obvious as the heat was not on and needed to be when I was moving out. It was below 32 when I was moving out. Also my unit was cold in the winter. Quite warm in the summer and when touching base with the staff oh we haven't adjusted the heat yet or oh yas the ac isn't fulling running yet but it will be in july....Another disappointment was the increase in the rental fee. The rental fee went from $90 up to $160 at one point. If they emailed me I never received the notification. Likely ended up in SPAM. But these fluctuations should have been completed through a call or text even instead of being buried in my email spam. I'm very disappointed in my experience with this storage company. It's in my home town and I feel if they exist here they should respect the people living here.

If you rent a space near the gutter downspout you’ll see those who constructed the facility placed a bollard in the pavement, off set, to guard the gutter during snow plowing. They poorly planned where the gutter was underground so this bollard actually narrows the opening width for one unit. Corporate Extra Space raised my rate $100 after their special rate expired. Typical greedy corporate bait and switch ! Be ware !
