I had a wonderful experience working with (who I believe to be the manager?) of the Extra Space Storage in Burlington, NC. She handled my issue and addressed my concerns in a friendly, prompt and professional way. She even gave me a call back to report on everything. Excellent customer service! After doing a great job handling my concern she kindly helped me switch my automatic payment information. This I greatly appreciated as it saved me from having to deal with an automated system or go through the trouble of doing it online. A storage unit is a storage unit as far as I'm concerned but after having dealt with this employee I would highly recommend this Extra Space Location!

This is my first time renting a storage unit and I had a great experience! Beginning with the phone call to inquire about rates, then the easy email registration to moving my belonging to the storage unit. I recommend.

the rep at the front was nice and helped me locate my unit. place is very clean and has good security. feel comfortable leaving my belongings here for a period of time.
