My experience was great from booking my unit all of the way through move in. Daryll is fantastic to work with, knows the space well, and is more than accommodating. He exceeds customer service expectations and is willing to work with you on all aspects of your move in. The facility itself is clean and easy to navigate, and pricing is extremely fair. I would highly recommend this location and facility for your storage needs!

Leasing a storage unit was painless. I was able to tour the unit we were interested in. I decided to lease the unit through their website. The process could not have been easier. The unit was ready on move-in day and no issues as of today! Best prices we found locally. So far so good!

Ok, so I never write reviews but this one is worth it! I just got off the phone with Brittni and she had to be the best customer service personnel I’ve talked to in a long time! Not only was she on top of things making sure all my needs were met but she also was able to break everything down for me so that I understood how everything worked and how much it cost while being so kind and empathetic to my situation. Extra space will for sure be the ONLY storage facility I’ll will recommend to my friends, family and anyone who will listen! I’ll make sure I send them to Brittni too! (Like seriously she’s amazing) ((good job extra space storage for hiring such a great employee)) for sure go to Brittni at extra space in Cary for all of your storage needs!!!!
