John was the brightest spot in my day and so incredibly helpful. If you are reading this thank you so much John for explaining everything and making getting a storage unit a pleasant experience. I got a storage unit here a few days ago and I am loving it! The move in day process was super easy, they had all the paperwork ready to save us time. The security seems good, I have no fear for my possessions. The after hours access is the major game changer. Truly customer friendly and explained in detail. The unit which I got is very clean and surrounded with clean floor. I am glad to give five stars to keep the same up in future.
