This storage facility is amazing! John is amazing! I called him about getting access to my unit that I had for 3 years and he was very helpful. He answered all my questions promptly and made great suggestions that worked perfectly! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing to store their things!

John and Zoe helped us have a great experience at Extra Space Storage. We got a bigger unit for less money and in a better location on the first floor, moving from the second floor!! They were so nice and also gave us a loaner lock to use for free. Finally, they explained the benefit of prepayment to fix the rate, and we did a 2 year contract! It was such a relief, as we are on a fixed income and retired! We give highest praise and recommendations for Zo and John!!
