Excellent service. Nice clean, safe, well-maintained facility. Great manager. Recently, I rented a 10x10 indoor climate-controlled storage unit. This is my first time using self-storage. Dre Cameron, the Store Manager, communicated with me promptly and professionally by phone, then in person. Though it was almost the end of the his workday, he patiently took the time to answer any questions I had. He helped me get the necessary registration done, showed me my unit and explained how things work. He is knowledgeable, polite, and goes out of his way to be helpful. On a subsequent visit of mine, he was around making sure things were good. He kindly offered to help me navigate a loaded handcart (provided within the facility) around someone who had parked in front of the curb cut and spoke briefly and politely with someone in the vehicle about that. Usually, it has not been very busy when I've been there, though if I walk around inside, most of the units seem to be in use (they have a sticker on them). One time, the elevator wasn't working. The next time I visited it was working, so it was repaired quickly. Every time I've been there, including a few times at night shortly before closing, it has seemed quiet and safe, despite my being a petite woman. I am glad I chose this self-storage company and location.
