Pro: My customer service experience has been delightful and professional with Carolyn and Vida. There are always some uncontrollables when moving but Carolyn made things as easy as possible when assisting me with storage choses. Vida, was very attentive to make sure that I was clear on payment policies to prevent unwanted fees. The two together are dynamic! Con: Location not idea during sports events. Check for local events before scheduling your next move.

This is my second time renting a storage unit at this location and both times have been an excellent experience. Most recently, Randall was super helpful to me in ensuring I had an affordable space. They always have lots of carts available to help move things, and the staff is fantastic! I also really appreciate the covered parking when the weather isn’t great and the multiple elevators.
