Let me tell ya something… if you need storage in the area, this is the place to go. I thought finding a storage unit would be a huge pain, but they made it extremely easy. I was in and out with a lease signed in 15 minutes. Danna and Mark answered and all of my questions and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need. Great price, great location, and great customer service.

Went and got a unit on 11/15/24 and the lady was super nice and helpful. From walking in to getting the lock took all of maybe 15 minutes and after all of the fees I got a 10x5 unit, advertised at 26$ a month online, for 41$ a month. - Happy customer, thank you!

The location is perfect, especially during rainy season. No flood issues like other storage choices in the city. I lost my job and had to move in July, had one long rough patch of terrible events resulting from it. I was able to keep my storge unit thank goodness. The rate did go up after 4 months but Danna was very professional explaining why. (I'd missed the mailed notice.) She credited the unexpected cost and got my account back on track. The app is great for keeping track. The staff at this location is always helpful. Thank you for easing a very hard time for me and my family.
