Richard was so helpful! Even though they didn’t have what I was looking for at their facility he took the time out to find what I was looking for at another location. He was very nice and super knowledgeable! I’m excited to start my rental journey with this company ????

The customer service here is amazing!! I’m going blank right now in his name, but the manager was always responsive and provided solutions whenever I needed them. My belongings were fine and the premises were clean and well lit. This was important to me because my unit was on the bottom floor. I moved out of state so I won’t get the opportunity again, but I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to store anything.
