My experience was like winning the lottery. The community was very well kept up clean and well organized from the outside to the inside. The lady in the office greeted me with a warm welcome. The lady answered all my questions and assured me that my move in will be a great experience. She said they strive to please every customer. The lady in the office said if I had any questions before she leaves to just come back and she will answer them to the best of her ability and what she might not fully know about she would reach upper management and get back with me. I had such an amazing experience with Ms. Derika! After locking myself out of my unit and facing such a hard time finding the keys while in the middle of cleaning and moving and needing items, Ms. Derika was the angel I needed! Helped me get boxes, literally sawed off my locks for me, got me a new set, and helped me figure out how to get 24/7 access! If you come here make sure you ask for Ms. Derika! She literally is the best at what she does, and goes above and beyond for every single tenant! If you rent here you better pray you get her!
