The online reservation process was quick and easy. Both Carolyn and the manager, Tamika, were courteous and professional. They listened to what I needed, made the appropriate suggestions, and made certain that I was satisfied. Moving is burdensome and they helped to lighten our load. I would prefer to have lights inside the individual space, but the corridor lighting is extremely bright and has been sufficient. I highly recommend this storage facility.
