Clean facility and the friendliest staff. If you are looking for a storage unit for college move out I would suggest this facility and only this facility. We tried a couple and this one is hands down worth every penny.

The prices are very very fair and Christine is the most helpful employee that I’ve ever experienced anywhere. She made me feel welcome and she was very patient with me when I needed to ask the same questions again. Moving, no matter in or out of a storage unit, is VERY stressful and Christine made me much more at ease. The only thing I recommend, is if you’re going to spend time like going through things in your unit, I’d bring a battery powered light to see more clearly. The hallways have plenty of lighting but if you have a bigger unit, you may want bring some extra lighting when you’re taking your time sorting through belongings. Everything else is perfection 10/10!

I walked in off the street and Courtney was so very patient with answering all of my questions and identifying an exact size unit that will perfectly fit my needs. She took me on a tour to view several unit sizes so we could determine the best fit and location. I was able to sign a unit lease same day. Due to a recent storm, there was a small glitch with setting up my access code, but Christina, the Manager of the facility worked nonstop to fix the glitch and set up my temporary entry access code. And then she kept working on it even after I left, and she went out of her way to call me via phone later on to let me know that she was able to troubleshoot and fix my permanent access code. I’m very excited and happy to have my belongings entrusted with them.
