I pay for a climate controlled unit in the lower 900s out back and its legitimately hotter indoors by about 5 degrees. Cant really complain too much at the price but it would be nice to not almost die of heat stroke at 7pm. If they fix the problem i will remove my review.

Wonderful staff!!! Chris was patient and took time to explain. He helped me pick out the right storage unit and gave great advice. The commercials are true!! They are really nice, considerate and professional. 2nd review: couldn’t write a separate review. I came back to change my unit to a smaller one and Derika was so awesome. I had to move my stuff into the new unit and then do a long drive . So I was highly stressed….. she helped me out and made me feel like we were related ( she was that nice that in my head she’s my sister lol). She made sure I got my stuff moved into the new unit quicker with less stress. Greatly appreciate the compassion she showed .
