The staff has been great, here. Transitioning down south from the northeast, we've opened and closed units until finally getting everything organized into a few. The facility is clean, brightly lit, elevators work as they should, good pricing, etc. Jashana guided me a few times through the opening and closing process and has been very nice, thorough, and helpful.

I’m going to get a storage in a couple weeks but I was greeted and they even showed me tours of the units and treated me with the upmost respect. I thought it was going to be stressful but it was a easy process!

Courtney was SO WONDERFUL! At the Biscayne location. She was incredibly patient, kind, courteous, and helpful. Made my experience so much easier yesterday. I have a 2 year old daughter and she was so kind to my baby. She deserves a raise!

Courtney provided my mother and I with outstanding customer service. We were just shopping around for the best deal on a unit and she gave us a thorough tour and a run down on all promotions going on at the time.
