Samantha was able to answer all my storage questions and give me a tour of location, even though my move is not until May. Please check out location it’s new, clean and staff are awesome

The increased my rate by 50% from 2025 to 2026. Absolutely ridiculous. Moving my items and will never use them again. BEWARE.

I have been with this company for years and have always been on auto-pay. Despite multiple requests, they refused to update the address on my account. My rate has continued to increase without proper notice or disclosure. Each time I’m told that something was “mailed,” yet I never received anything. I am now paying $300 a month, which is unreasonable given the lack of communication and transparency. This experience has been very disappointing and feels deceptive. Long-term customers are not valued here. They may treat new customers well at first, but that changes over time. Unfortunately, Samantha showed no compassion or willingness to help resolve the issue. They say contact them. For what no one actually helps. Just excuses.
