I had the storage unit for about 4 or 5 months, there was an increase w/o me being notified or aware, I did call the office and Spoke to Stephanie in which was very nice and very professional, she did assist with hearing my complaint and worked on assisting, I was helped and very satisfied with the end result of the call.. Thanks Stephanie!!!! I really appreciate It… but every experience that I have had with any personnel has been positive.the customer service has always been a good experience. They have super nice hospitality at the front desk. The girl was excellent. She went above and beyond trying to help me. I couldn’t figure a lot of things out, but she was patient even after it was time for her to go glad I chose this location.
