I’ve used this facility for over a year now. It was close to my home, clean and spacious. I ended worried about damage or the security for my belongings. I would have appreciated knowing when the gate was not working (only once that I know of) so that I could have made sure to visit more often. Considering the length of time that I was renting, there were two price increases. The first was 61% and the second was 122% until I complained and it was reduced to a 63% increase. This was my reason for moving forward with moving my belongings out.

I loved the ease of checkin, keys in the unit, etc. Three things that was hard is it was not easy to get more than 1 storage and they did not offer discounts on multiple storage units. Lastly the gate time of 20 pm was a bit early for me. 11 pm would be better. Other than that, it was great.
