I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. The grounds are consistently unkempt, with trash and debris left around for days at a time. It doesn’t feel well-maintained or secure, which is the bare minimum you expect when storing your belongings. On top of that, they randomly raise prices without any notice or explanation. There haven’t been any upgrades, improvements, or added amenities to justify the increases, so it honestly just feels like they’re taking advantage of customers. Management is also extremely unprofessional. Communication is poor, concerns are brushed off, and overall customer service is just horrible. It’s frustrating dealing with a place that clearly doesn’t value its tenants. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
