Absolutely horrendous experience . rented a 10x10- and instead of calling, or emailing me to tell me that they couldn’t fulfill that unit - they gave me 2 5x5 units side by side. That’s not what I ordered nor what I signed in the online rental agreement. Just took my money and ran

Rented a unit today and the process was seamless. Mike was quick and efficient and got us in and out in less than 20 minutes! Extremely nice man too. Hopefully the rest of our rental time will be just as easy.
