I called because I saw a promo rate that was significantly lower than the rate I was paying. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained that I could be eligible for a lower rate if I paid in advance - which I did. She then explained that I was also eligible for a senior citizen discount which I was not aware of. She gave me a credit for the time I should have received the senior discount but did not. Overall - while I wish someone had taken the time to explain this to me in the beginning - I’m very happy to learn about it now and appreciate the representative going out of her way to make it right for me.
