My rates had gone up and I was very dissatisfied and Jordan was able to assist me with getting a reasonable rate. He was friendly and followed up with me very quickly. Highly recommended him!!

It costs a certain amount to rent a storage unit, and there’s no getting around that. But the prices are a little better here than in similar facilities I’ve rented, and more importantly I feel like I’m getting what I pay for. It’s very well maintained, they are constantly cleaning, and they really keep the temperature regulated. I’m on the third floor, and it was never hot up there during the summer. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and they have plenty of flatbed carts, unlike the last place I rented off of Hillsborough Road where they had two for the entire building and the amount of constant traffic in and out of that place was ridiculous. This facility may be a little off the beaten path, but I consider that an asset. You won’t be constantly competing for parking space, elevators and carts.

I have enjoyed my experience with Extra Storage so much. Every interaction with the employees have been extremely pleasant. The employees are knowledgeable and hilarious. I appreciate the way they are so attentive. The facility is very clean and climate controlled as advertised. It is so easy to navigate through the facility when finding my unit. As an extra bonus, I thoroughly admire the dedication to preserving energy throughout the facility with the lights being on a sensor, so they are not using unnecessary energy.? When friends and family ask what’s storage facility is the best, I consistently point them towards Extra Storage.

I would highly recommend this place to any family member or friend looking for a safe and trustworthy environment. Jordan was professional and very informative throughout the process.

I love this location. This was my second time using this specific location even though I had another one closer to where I was living. I never had any issues with them and it was always a smooth process. Facility was always clean as well. Today was my move out day and Jordan was so helpful and kind. We had an issue with the lock wildly enough given it was the last day but he made sure we were able to get in and get our stuff out without having to wait. We appreciate his help.
