We both store a car at Extra Space and have a small inside space for safely storing old documents. Suzanne Cox has been a great help to us with both. We park our old car near her office when we take the stored car out and can relax knowing that she keeps an eye out on the daily driver for us. She has also followed through quickly on our small suggestions for improving the site's operations. It's been a pleasure.

Online reservation process was easy and seamless. Options and pricing were great. Their follow up to welcome me as a customer was a great surprise and touch to compliment the automated reservation process. My storage locations office is closed each Tuesday. Suzanne and Kayala called me from their Fairview location. They were extremely nice and provided more details to make my move-in easy. Great customs service!
