The facility is well maintained and secure, which is paramount when you are storing your things there. I want to especially point out Susanne at the Fairview, NC facility. She was above and beyond friendly and competent. She handled my issue very quickly and gave me peace of mind. So, from my years of experience with Extra Space Storage and especially Susanne, I can’t recommend them enough.

Suzanne was amazing! We got in on a 4 month promo and had two storage units. When the promo ended and the rate jumped up to the going market rate, she offered to lower both units as much as she could and save us $45 a month off the new rates and even gave us an additional $50 credit between the two units on the upcoming month. She was so incredibly helpful and kind! ??
