My overall experience renting at Extra Storage space has honestly been the best experience Ive ever had with renting at any previous storage company. The reason for that is solely because of the on site manger by the name of Christa. She has been consistent with contacting us when our storage behind or past due. She always gave us all our options and made it easy for us to continue renting from Extra Storage space a little longer than we expected. There storages are nice and clean when you move in as well I sincerely appreciate all her efforts in being nice and understanding when we needed it as customer. I’d recommend anyone renting at this storage company as long as Christa is still managing the facility. The previous lady they had working at the front desk that wore glasses and had dark hair had extremely bad customer service. But once Ms. Christa took over things were much more pleasant at Extra storage space on Raeford road.
