Edit: so I’m not removing my original review from when Lynn was in charge of the property, but I’m adding to it because ever since she left it has not been the way it should be. I have had my storage unit for almost exactly 2 years and in that two years, I went from a 10 x 10 to a 10 x 20 Lynn hands-down was amazing. I never saw a bug. I never saw anything unless they were dead from being sprayed and everything like that. I don’t even know the last time the unit was sprayed because I had called when I had noticed there was a bug in my unit which granted again my stuff has been in storage for two years never had an issue never saw bug the entire time. As soon as she was gone they all started coming. I reported it no problem we’ll have somebody go out spray make sure it’s good whatever I took everything out of my storage unit and moved to a different company after airing my stuff out for 24 hours now but all I’m gonna say is bring him back. I know she’s in Charlotte, but I would almost move my stuff three hours away to be at her storage unit, then keep it in this location and that’s why my rating went from a five to a one and I’m getting better customer service from the office staff at the new place . Hands down the best storage facility I have ever used in my life!!!! Lyn is a rockstar and has been the best and has helped me sssooo much! The facility it’s always clean and up kept i teccomend this facility any time I see people looking for a storage unit!!!!
