I was worried about putting some of my stuff in storage due to bad experiences in the past. But Caleb was very nice and reassured me that my belongings were in a safe place. He even helped me with carrying my things from my vehicle to the unit. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen someone with such extraordinary sense of customer service. Caleb was also nice enough to talk over the pricing details and how I could I pay it off. The places in the past would have just given me a print out and leave me with the headache of figuring it out. It was very refreshing to have help from someone who cared. 12/10 would recommend for Caleb’s kindness and assistance alone.
