this was my first experience renting a storage unit and Rebecca and Tony was absolutely awesome. she took the time to walk me through it by not just trying to sell me the highest unit but by asking me what my needs are and for that i appreciate. They really provide that mom and pop quality service most businesses are lacking. anyone looking for storage needs come there first you won’t be disappointed I assure you!!!

Great customer service

- BUYER BEWARE - Before you buy a storage unit, just know that some of their units are off by a lot from the dimensions they say the actual size is. And I would understand if it was off by maybe half a foot, but for the 10x7 unit I first got, it was off by 3 entire feet less than the 10x7ft it was listed as. That is straight up scamming people. At least be honest about the dimensions of what we're gonna be paying for. I then changed my unit to a 10x10 and it was actually 10x10 and it was great. So just be aware that some of the units are NOT as big as they should be. I would advise to avoid the 10x7 units based on my experience with one. I do love the entrances in this storage unit. I tried out the Armstrong Park location but I hated the one garage entrance to that one, so I went back to this location just for the convenience of the multiple easy entrances. Also, the 10x10 unit I tried out at the Armstrong Park location was smaller than the 10x10 unit I currently have at this location. The people who work there are all extremely nice and helpful. To the people who are in charge of the company and do the listing of the unit sizes and do price hikes later down the road: you need to do better.

Life storage was fine but we did notice cleanliness and maintenance issues. Over the last month or so, we noticed a significant improvement after the ownership changed to Extra Space. We moved out today after a year or so of storage, and the process could not have been easier.

I rented a unit today and found the employees to be very helpful and informative. Harley showed me the unit and explained in detail how to gain access to the building and my unit. She was also very upfront about the time frame of my introductory rate and how I would be notified of price increases and when. I appreciate that and feel confident it will be a good experience.
