As part of the onboarding process you are required to retrieve keys and sign documents in person within 24hrs. Since i couldn't make it i contacted Extra Space and Crystal assisted me with the onboarding process. Moreover, she went above and beyond her scope of practice and secured my unit then mailed my keys to my address free of charge. So far so good.
