Great Staff, good facility although we did have a water leak, but no damage. Your pricing policy, however, sucks. Price trippled after 4 months. When I complained, I did get some relief, although the new price was still almost double what I paid 4 months earlier. This policy was not clear to me when I moved in - if it was, I would have chosen another facility. This is not short term for me, so I moved out.
