Extra Space Storage in Greensboro has met all of our needs. Its easy to get into and conveniently located next to Sheetz if you get hungry, thirsty or need a restroom after office hours. Crystal the site manager is very easy to work with. I rented a second unit and found the lock messed up when I tried locking it. She immediately placed me in another unit within the same row making it an easy move. Her personality was approachable and offered a friendly smile. I definitely give her a 10 thumbs up in customer service.

My experience with this storage facility was amazing from beginning to end. The communication was always clear, professional, and consistent. Crystal was absolutely wonderful, she always had a solution for every concern and went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and secure during the year and a half that my belongings were stored there. Knowing my items were in good hands gave me real peace of mind. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and support throughout the entire process.
