This is my second time using Extra Space Storage (first at this location). I was greeted by Brandon, who was extremely personable and helpful… his custom service was top notch. We went straight home to grab a load of bins to take to our unit. Yes, some units are a bit of a hike, but Brandon was sure to make me aware of this. He also told me about the carts at each entrance, which make for easier transport. After we loaded our things into our unit, we attempted to lock the door. After multiple attempts, we realized there was a slight malfunction with the door. I called the after hours customer service, who swiftly got me transferred to the next door unit. Overall, I am, and have been pleased with Extra Space Storage. This experience, thus far, has been the best in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and communication!

I enjoyed working with Brandon. He seemed like he genuinely wanted to meet our needs. Our house was under contract and then fell through, so we need to delay our rental. He kept our phone number and followed up with us until our house went under contract again. UPDATE: still world class service. Had to change units and Brandon made the change so easy!
