I recently used Extra Storage and they are amazing!Very secured place! The first day I used my storage I was concerned I didn't lock the storage right since I had never used that type of lock so I called in and someone went out of their way to go and check it for me and let me know! Can’t recommend this location enough!

Regis at the Huntersville location was a great help today! I called in needing some help with my account and he helped me get my concern resolved quickly. He was very friendly and proficient. I’ve been a customer for a couple years and I would recommend Extra Space Storage for anyone looking for a storage space. The building is always clean, and secure. And I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the staff!
