Kody and Jay were extremely helpful. I was given a walk through of the facility as well as the unit prior to agreeing to rent. They were very efficient. I recommend this location if you are in or around Huntersville, and in need of a storage room. Price was great too!!!

Overall, it was a great experience. When we had an issue with the storage a couple of months ago I, was informed promptly and the issue was resolved quickly, and even got help moving the content of the unit to one that was better. Also, Kody and Jay made the move out really easy for me, and saved me at least one trip to the storage facility. Thank you!
